Buena Vida Adult Day Health Care Center is a community based program which provides a variety of medical, therapeutic, restorative, and recreational services for older adults. Our main objective is to assist and aid the elderly with physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities all while preventing premature institutionalization.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Any individual who has difficulties managing their daily living activities is eligible for enrollment. Typically, adult day health care focuses on the elderly, but anyone over the age of 18 is eligible for the day healthcare services.
